Dale Gavlik
Rehabilitation Technician
Dale knows plenty about wheelchairs and mobility equipment, being a wheelchair user himself after a BMX accident left him with a C5 spinal injury in 2012.
In addition to being part of Motum’s technical team, Dale is completing a degree in mechanical engineering at Edith Cowan University, expecting to graduate in 2026.
Drawing on his ever-expanding knowledge, Dale is responsible for designing and creating bespoke solutions for our team and our clients.

When he’s not innovating or studying (and sometimes when he is!) Dale is kept busy by keeping his energetic assistance dog Cash, who seems to have a nose for mischief!
