Sophie Grossman
Receptionist
Sophie may be the first voice on the phone and the first face you’ll see on arrival at Motum…but to us, she’s much more than that!
Sophie is a master juggler – in addition to meeting and greeting everyone, she manages all of our repair bookings and cushion trial requests while also taking care of lots of admin tasks that keep operations ticking.
Having grown up working in her family’s business she is passionate about helping people and creating a great customer experience.

Off the clock Sophie is a self-confessed football-mad foodie – if she’s not playing AFL, she’s watching it and if she’s not eating something delicious you’ll most likely find her planning her next culinary escapade!
